How can Virtual Reality enable Soft Skills Training

As by the day, there are newer opportunities and use cases arising out of the Virtual Reality domain. The Industry is evolving at a much greater pace. There are a lot of new use cases and challenges that are being solved by Virtual Reality.

Soft skill training with VR may not be a new tryst tried in the recent past, it is being developed and addressed by several teams across the globe for at least a couple of years now.

Pricewaterhouse Coopers is one such organization, who worked on this early on. Back in 2020, they conducted a detailed study on “The Effectiveness of Virtual Reality Soft Skills Training in the Enterprise.” You can download the report from the link here.

A study conducted across 40 different office locations spanning over 1600 people including 700 plus senior associates and managerial level gave us a detailed understanding and idea of the efficacy of Virtual Reality in Soft Skills Training.

This study proved that employees are 275% more confident to act on what they learnt and also is 4 times more focused and faster compared to E - Learning and Class room based training respectively.
